- 1 16oz. Package spaghetti
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a small saucepan over low heat place olive oil, garlic and peppers and simmer. Pour olive oil mixture over cooked pasta and serve with Parmesan cheese.
Yields 4 servings.

So is the name of this pasta "Hot, Hot Hot" because it really is super hot? I like hot things. I see that it has crushed red peppers which would make it warm. I am just curious how hot it is.

It is spicey. When you are making the "sauce" it may not seem like you are making much but a little goes a long ways.
I made this last night and it turned out great! I used rotini pasta instead of spaghetti, added a little more olive oil and some italian spices. Delicious. We'll definitely be making it again.
